Though we aim to have zero-waste, we know that curating a conscious closet is a big commitment. Every YSTR piece is cut-to-order using limited fabric and can save 1 to 6 garments from being sent to a landfill.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 14 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider). We promise to exchange items or give store credit/refund in full, minus shipping costs on all orders returned within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not accept returns for garments beyond 14 days from the date of order delivery.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed with hangtag still intact and in the same condition that you received it.
- Sales & promotional items are not eligible for returns.
- Exchanges are not always available due to limited materials.
- All YSTR Basics can be returned in exchange for store credit or an item of equal value.
- All international orders are final. We cannot accept returns at this moment.

Refunds (if applicable)
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you’d like to return or exchange an item
- Our guru will send you a free printable return label via email.
- Stick the free return label onto the outside of your return package
- Drop it off at your nearest USPS location.
- Once the goods have arrived, we will contact you directly with further details regarding your return/ store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
Late/Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Issues with international orders:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Although we do not typically offer standard returns and exchanges for International orders, we will find a customized way to make things right.
