Sometimes bad things happen to good people. While we do our very best to prevent this, mistakes happen and we will do what we can to fix the issue!
If your package was damaged during shipping:
The best thing to do is refuse the package or, if it was left while you were out, return it as-is to the nearest USPS facility. Let us know as soon as you can by emailing email@example.com so that she can report the damage to the carrier.
If the shipment arrived just fine but something is wrong with the goods:
We will make sure to correct things as quickly as possible, with as little inconvenience to you as we can. Here are the steps to follow:
1) Drop firstname.lastname@example.org a line to request a free return label and let her know what's up.
2) Include your order's original invoice with the Returns & Exchanges slip to remind us which items were damaged/incorrect.
3) Stick the free return label we've provided onto the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.
We'll be in touch all along the way regarding getting the correct goods to you.
Issues with international orders:
Please email email@example.com immediately. Although we do not typically offer standard returns or exchanges for international orders, we'll find a customized way to make things right.
