Absolutely! We accept domestic exchange requests of any unworn, undamaged clothes with hang tag intact within 14 days of delivery. Keep in mind that it may take a little time as we need to custom make your replacement. Click here to check on our processing/production times.
Here are the steps to exchange:
- Email email@example.com with your order number.
- Our guru will send you a free printable return label via email.
- Stick the free return label onto the outside of your return package.
- Drop it off at your nearest USPS location.
- Once the goods have arrived, we will contact you directly with details regarding the items you’d like to exchange.
If you prefer to ship using a different carrier, please feel free - however, we won't be responsible for the cost, or the loss/damage of any items. We recommend you insure the item and/or add tracking to your package. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
At this time, we are only able to offer exchanges or returns for domestic U.S. orders only.
Issues with international orders:
